Stainless Steel Tube Bender with Mandrels

CMP Automation builds dedicated tube bending machines for a range of materials and diameters. This project included benders for 19mm diameter Stainless steel tubing. 

The benders included the following features:

• Bulk Hopper
• Precision heavy duty bend tooling  (19mm dia.)
• Slides using bearing and rails
• Mandrels to minimize collapse
• Auto pick and place takeout
• Guarding
• CMP standard Omron based control package MCS100
