Leak Tester

CMP Automation builds leak testing machines for a variety of different applications.  This project was for a tube assembly with 3 sealing points.  For throughput the machine leak tests 4 assemblies at one time.  The part is clamped and openings are sealed by connection points custom designed for the part shape.   Leak test units are typically specified by the customer, such as ATEQ, Cincinnati or ATC.
