Robotic Tube Process Loader

CMP Automation builds custom automated machines to a wide variety of manufacturing requirements. This machine automatically loaded long tubes into a tube mill. Long tubes would be present in bundle of approximately 30 tubes. Individual tubes are segregated by a robot and present to swage operation and then sent a down line process. This machine replaced a dedicated operator. Features include:

- Tube Diameter Range: 3/16" to 1/2" 
- Robotic separation of one Tube from 30 Tube Bundle
