Dedicated Bender 2 Tubes on Flange - Conveyor Loader

CMP Automation builds automated tube bending machines for small diameter automotive tubing. This 2 tube assembly includes a flange at one end. The machine is loaded via conveyor to allow for operator walk away time. The machine checks for over and undersize beads and rejects failed parts. Also a check for the brazing between the flange and tube is done prior to bending. The tubes are bent to contours and a pick and place removes the finished part.
